What are the ingredients of the NutriBird pellets?
Contrary to what has sometimes been rumoured, extrusion is not a method used to process
lower quality raw materials. For the production of NutriBird pellets, we only use first choice
raw materials. The composition has been determined on the basis of studies conducted by
various renowned scientists. The conclusions, which have been reached over years of research
in our own Pet Research Center and with many prominent breeders, are a practical addition.
With natural ingredients
The raw materials for the production of NutriBird are chosen in relation to the natural
feeding habits of the different bird species.
NutriBird P and NutriBird G: with extra shelled nuts. This has a
favorable effect on the taste and increases the fat content in the
pellets, which better imitates the natural nutrition of these species.

NutriBird B: based on 50 % millet,
with extra iodine
NutriBird C: based on 50 % canary seed.
|
|
NutriBird T16 and Beo Komplet: based on fresh fruit,
with low iron content

With fresh fruit
All the Nutribird pellets are produced with fresh fruit: during the extrusion process,
a fresh fruit puree is injected into the pellets. This also improves the taste of the
pellets and brings them close to the natural nutrition. These fresh fruits are also a
source of additional natural vitamins.

With Yucca and Florastimul
All the NutriBird products also contain Yucca extracts and Flora-
stimul. Yucca extracts are natural plant extracts of the Yucca-
tree which bind the ammoniac in the digestive system thereby reducing the smell
of the droppings. Florastimul is a unique fruc-
to-oligosaccharide mixture which stimulates the natural intes-
tinal flora and therefore supports the working of the intestine.
